Caucasian Wingnut

The rare and historic tree in the car park beside Diss Health centre is destined to be hastily felled by the Local Authority who own the car park.
The tree is probably the finest example in Britain of a Caucasian Wingnut and, contrary to the opinion of a tree 'expert' (who also happens to be the man contracted to do much of the Council's tree work), it is in good health.
It is unfortunate for the tree that it stands in the path of a proposed plan to build a larger health centre.
